Suffolk Ski Centre

The I.P.P was created to resolve one huge injustice. Suffolk had no scene, snowboarders and skiers were forced to stay at home dreaming about that once a year shred in the mountains.

A band of visionary men who’d had enough stepped up to the challenge: make Ipswich Dryslope great.

With no money and a few scraps of wood that no one else would touch, the first signs of a young I.P.P began to emerge.

First a booter was formed, and then a rail, then another, then a better booter, jibs were coming from every direction.

The park and the young men who built it were becoming stronger and stronger. The challenge had been met, despite the lack of resources, despite the injustice, despite the oppression they had made it; there was just one thing left to do:

THE I.P.P JAM SESSION

October 5th 2008 is when it drops, whoever you are wherever you shred, haul your ass over and get your jib on.

We have loads of prizes to give away throughout the day and we will be hooking up the guys having the most fun etc as well as the guys ripping the best tricks.
Registration starts at 10:00 and you can ride until 6:00, with beats all day and then 3 live bands playing into the evening.
Tickets are £20 with £10 going straight to charity.
Check www.suffolkskicentre.co.uk for directions.
