Sheffield Ski Village

Sheffield was the largest artificial snowsports venue in the UK. Based on SnowFlex and Dendix, the slope had many graded runs, plus the UK's only permanent halfpipe. It's no wonder that many of the best riders in the UK had called Sheffield home.

Sheffield had plans to move the whole lot indoors, but it never got passed the planning stages.

Latest News

The slope was hit by an accidental fire at the lodge, then suffered numerous thefts and arson attacks. It is unlikely to re-open.
