Rossendale Ski Centre

The North West of England's finest and friendliest snowsports centre. For experienced users we have three big slopes, from our wide and forgiving SnowFlex nursery area, with three lifts including the Sun Kid Travelator to the 180m long main slope. We now have a SnowFlex fun park slope with a built in rail, a terrain drop off and two permanent kickers, (including allegedly the biggest artificial slope hit in the country). For those who have not yet learnt to control their speed and direction we have an excellent ski school programe to suit all needs.

Opening Times

Exclusive snowboard session, Sunday 6.30 - 8.30 winter, 5 - 7 summer.

Helmets are compulsory for all using the fun park slope and completely free to borrow.

All users must wear gloves, available to buy for £1.30 if you need some.

Lessons

Lessons available for all from complete beginner to instructor training.

All beginners must take lessons until they can control their speed and direction.

All instructors are BSA, BASI or Snowsport England qualified or equivalent.

Members of the public may not teach at our centre.

Food/Drink

Snack and cold drink vending in ski hire.

Licensed restaurant, serving snacks to main meals.

Other Facilities

Tubes available, low season, subject to availablity.

Childrens' parties available for skiing, snowboarding and tubing.
