Halifax Ski and Snowboarding Centre

Halifax is set in the pennine hills and is a small but very freindly slope of roughly around 150m in length. The main slope is all covered in snowflex and consist of a kicker, 1/4 pipe, table top and mouguls.

Opening Times

In summer we close 1/2 hour early on weekdays and 1 hour on weekends. Saturday night is advanced riding night known as the gathering.
We are closed christmas day

All skis are included with the price
Board and blade hire is £2 for up to 2 hours

Students are classed as juniors and juniors are 17 and under

Lessons

Snowboard lessons are run as private lessons and are from £30 for juniors and £37 for adults + £15 for every extra person.
Ski tasters are from £12 low to 15.50 high season for adults and 9 low to 11.50 high season
Ski group lessons are £69 adults and 48 juniors for 6hrs (2hrs for 3wks)
Your own group lesson min 8 persons is the same as the hourly recreational rate.

Food/Drink

We have a cafe in the complex which has a bar and serves food

Other Facilities

We also have in the complex a kids play area called charlie fastrax and the sportsman inn pub which serves fine ale and hot food and carvery on weekends.
There is also a golf simulator which can be booked for up to 8 people.
