The Beetle was rolled out again on Tuesday as planned for another test run. It went down well and will become a standard feature of the board nights from this Saturday onwards.

The refit will include "new snow" - the first since it was opened, new travellators, and a refurbishment of both the inside and outside of "the dome". Tamworth will close for 4 (possibly 6) weeks during August 2000 for a complete refurbishment. No doubt this is in response to the opening of Snozone in Milton Keynes this May/June 2000. The Quarter pipe is also back after a bit of "redevelopment".
