News from Stu Brass's Soulsports has the Burton Demo Tour Event in Milton Keynes on Friday 6th October. The events starts at 6pm and will premiere the Burton 2001 videos splayed across two huge screens on the outside of the Xscape building. You will also get a chance to try out all the 2001 Burton boards and bindings for free, although we assume you'll still have to pay for use of the slope. The day will also see the opening of the TSA Hi-Performance Demo Centre and you can call to reserve a board of your choice on 0800 389 99 31. A snowboard competition on the night will have prizes supplied by TSA. The format is as yet unspecified, but all three SnoZone slopes will be in use for the event with features to include small jumps, kickers, quarters and hips designed by Steve Bailey. This all presupposes that the slope is actually open by then. Good luck to them! |
