ITV from Thursdays at 00:35 beginning 18th April 2002.
The definitive alpine documentary series.
Following the success of Riders & Rich Kids last year Washouse Films
proudly present Riders 2.
Riders 2 blasts back for another season in Chamonix, where the snowboarding and skiing pros are making or breaking it, the amateurs
are trying to stick it and the rest are there for the hell of it...
It's about the mountains the sport and the life. From Chamonix to
Japan to Eastern Europe Riders 2 goes on the road in search of powder and some big air. It's about the competitions that define the Alpine season, the ChamJam, Snowbombing, Verbier Ride and The British Championships.
It's about riding, but riding is also about the image, the image-makers, the journey to becoming a professional athlete and maintaining it. In short the highs and lows of the game.
Riders 2 continues to follow our extreme sportsmen from Chamonix:
Jamie Strachan, Matt Reardon and Todd Mason. Also some new names and faces Jenny Jones, Abby Pickett, Glenn Parsons, Chris Wensack all new British contenders.
There will be some old faces of the British scene - James Stentiford,
Ewan Wallace, Danny Wheeler and of course Johno Verity. As well as the Grand Roc Massive as they begin another season in Argentiere.
Riders 2 - it's going to be massive.
