Vail makes helmets mandatory for some
Posted Saturday 18th April 2009, 11:22 am by Dunx

In addition, children aged 12 and under learning on Vail’s group ski or board lessons will be required to wear a helmet (which will be included as part of the resort’s rental package deal) unless a parent or guardian signs a waiver releasing the resort from non-helmet wearing liabilities.
