The snow that has so far eluded France is on it's way and in the process turning up the corners of the mouths of many a Brit heading that way in the next week or so (including ourselves).

Chamonix is set for rain at resort level, but up top we can expect to see snow over the next week providing around 70cm of top up to the current slopes which by all accounts are starting to suffer from the lack of any real snow fall since last year.
