While most of you are thinking of sunning yourselves over the next few months, at TGski we're preparing for next Winter.

Bookings are looking good and we now need to top up our team.

For those of you who know us, you should know what we're looking for. For those of you that don't, please see www.tgski.co.uk to get a good idea. We want people who understand personable service and want to make the most of their time in the mountains.

Big Chalet Chef

Cooking breakfasts, cakes and 4 course evening meals for between 16 and 24 people 6 days a week. The person applying for this role must be a very confident cook with a strong background and experience in the kitchen. The menus are designed for you with potential for your input but the highest results are expected as a key part of our product.

Big Chalet Host (2 positions available)

Welcoming guests, laying fires, serving food and cleaning and maintaining the chalet. While not cooking, the person applying for this role should be up there with Monica (from 'Friends') in their drive to host, entertain and keep a clean chalet. The role starts with making up and cleaning the chalet to the highest standard and continues through to serving and clearing the evening meal and having a glass of wine with guests.

Smaller Chalet Host / Cook (2 positions available)

This role combines both of the above. With half the guests, this applicant will be expected to run their chalet from the cleaning to the cooking and hosting. The person applying should be a confident cook who enjoys running a kitchen and be dedicated and organised in order to clean and maintain the chalet to the highest standards.

Driver / Ski Host

Driving our guests too and from the slopes and hosting them on the slopes, this applicant must be well organised and a confident driver of a 4x4 and very experienced skier / boarder. With a busy time table and 'directional skills' key, this person must have a passion for the mountains.
