After 7 years in the building of IrishSnowboarder.com time has now come for me to move on. Due to ever growing time pressures in my day job, family and other personal commitments I have come to the conclusion that I can not longer give the time necessary to keep this site going. It has been a very difficult decision for me to make but as I cannot give what is now needed to keep the site going, run the Irish Snowboard & ski championships and other activities I now put this site up for sale. As many of you know who have been around for the last number of years we have come along way since the first few html pages I posted back in early 2001.

IrishSnowboarder.com has more than exceed my expectations, I started this website after my first trip away to the snow when I fell in love with the sport. I went looking for more information on the web but could find nothing with an Irish relevance, so I started to build a few pages and post some pics and some general tips and tricks.. Little did I know back then that in a few short years I would be running dryslope jams and building kickers & rails etc , orgainising the first ever snowboard and ski championships on snow for Irish winter sports fans.. and have a website that was in the top 20 on the internet on the topic of snowboarding....

I hope over the years I have built a strong enough platform for the sport of snowboarding in Ireland and a platform which I believe can give a decent return for any potential investors. I have never had the time on my own to fully fulfill the potential I had seen in IrishSnowboarder.com, but I believe that by me standing back and passing the baton so to speak to some others now will allow them to build on the momentum I have built up to date which can only be good for the sport in Ireland.
