The Xscape development is set to expand with local reports of plans for a hotel in the current car parking area of Xscape.

The Independent says:

FORMER MILLENNIUM Dome supremo Pierre-Yves Gerbeau unveiled expansion plans for Britain's biggest winter sports complex. Mr Gerbeau, the chief executive of the Xscape centre, said he plans to turn the pounds 65m leisure complex near Milton Keynes into Britain's leading tourist attraction. The centre, owned by Capital & Regional Properties and Pricoa Property Investment Management, contains a giant indoor ski slope with real snow.
