Last weekend’s heavy snowfall has largely contributed to Davos Klosters Bergbahnen opening more installations than planned this weekend. Jakobshorn started the winter season last Friday, 16 November and was followed on Saturday, 17th November by Parsenn Davos. Up to 120 centimetres (four feet) of snow has fallen in the Davos Klosters region in the last few days. The pistes are now being prepared so that winter-sports fans can be offered perfect conditions. Jakobshorn is now open continuously through the week whilst Parsenn Davos will open continuously from this Saturday, 24th November. The Rinerhorn, Madrisa and Pischa regions will start the season on 21st December. www.davosklosters.ch |
