We received a message from Snozone who say:
Due to unforseen circumstances the top section of both recreational
slopes is closed and the fun park jumps are closed. The remaining sections of the recreational slopes are not up to usual Snozone standards. Lessons are not affected and will take place as scheduled.
For a progress update, please call 01908 230260.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers.
A burst pipe has caused the problem. Hopefully they'll also let us know when the slope is back to normal.
UPDATE: People who have booked are being contacted for a refund. It looks like it's a no go tonight.
From Snozone:
The top sections of both recreational slopes are closed for the
remainder of Friday 16 November. There is therefore restricted capacity on the slope.
Customers are advised that the recreational slopes are fully booked up to 5.30pm. Thereafter, pre-booking is strongly advised to avoid
disappointment.
Lessons will take place on the lesson slope as scheduled.
