It's our first mention of the Olympics on The Boarder, pretty much. Salt Lake 2002 will see a half-pipe competition in which Lesley McKenna and hopefully, Lesley Leando will be competing. The other snowboarding event, is the parellel giant slalom, which replaces the dull giant slalom nobody bothered to watch at Nagano. No boarder cross, slope style or big air though. Praps next time?
