Come and join us for the Scottish Premiere of TRANSFER at Macdonald Aviemore Highland Resort on Friday 2nd September. Transfer is the follow-up to DropStitch, last year's highly successful all-girl snowboard film from ChunkyKnit Productions. The film is directed by Aviemore's Lesley McKenna and features a cast of top international female snowboarders.

Transfer was filmed all over the world from Japan to Europe to North America. Alongside Lesley, two of the stars of Transfer – Swiss snowboarder Tina Birbaum and England’s own Jenny Jones will also be present. The film will be showing at the newly re-modeled auditorium at 7.30pm with tickets on sale for £3 from the box office in the reception from 6.30pm.

All proceeds will go towards the Badenoch and Strathspey Schools Snow Sports Association who help give the local primary school children the chance to ski or snowboard each winter.

Our special guests (and Olympic skiing hopefuls) will be Alain and Noel Baxter both cousins of fellow Olympian Lesley McKenna. This will be a unique chance to catch up with the three prospective Olympians in their hometown in the run up to the 2006 Winter Olympics.
