We now have the official details of the Snozone Club membership and all the previous details are confirmed. Whilst the cost of membership for an adult has increased by £5 since the details were first released, for a "modest" initial outlay, the real snow at Xscape becomes suddenly affordable. For example, a member will be able to snowboard for 4 hours on a Friday night for £25. That's not bad in our books. They've also introduced a two hour special which they had mentioned, but we'd completely forgotten. That effectively gives you the second hour for half price, so even at top-whack non-members will able to snowboard at peak times for £30 for two hours. The family deals are even better. There are two types of family membership; one covering single parent, two kids family (you know, when one partner snowboards all the time to the neglect of their partner) and a typical nuclear 2+2 family. Additional kids can be added for a modest fee. In fact these deals are so good that a 2+2 is cheaper than two adult memberships. They have a "couples" membership too. We've already alluded to the scam there of course. We've no idea what the cards look like, but they will include a photo. Full details here. |
