The proposed terrain park at Snozone is being hampered by the Health and Safety Executive who want the slope patrol to be present at each jump on the slope. So if you want a really boring job...

In all seriousness, this is pap. The not-suprisingly named "SnoPatrol" are tip-top at Milton Keynes. As soon as anybody goes down they are there in a flash. A guy took his shoulder out on Friday (pictured) and they were there, closed the jump and got him seen by a first aider pronto. Later a girl (who I would swear was the tiny presenter Lindsey Fallow from
Tomorrows World) tweaked her knee and once again, she was stretchered down and seen to by a first aider.
The HSE should note that most accidents do not happen at the jump, but indeed at the landing. As one great wizzard once said "I don't so much have a fear of falling, as a fear of landing". Snozone are already pretty hot on this so let's not have any more mucking about and give us our jumps. Heck even I was landing 180's this week, yes even me. We need more.
