The AIM Series British Indoor Championship is over and with a suprise winner of the men's title and a great turn out of young and old, pros and amateur, it was easily the best indoor big air event ever held in the UK. We'll have more on the results and riders soon, but what about that jump? A huge ramp, a massive 12m x 10m table top and a very steep and soft landing, saw riders going huge and not a single injury from the big air event. The event was marred by Snozone's terribly slow snow, which saw the less able and smaller riders barely able to get any speed up for the jump, but the bigger and better riders were using all the tricks of the trade to go huge. And huge they went.
Special thanks to the AIM Crew for helping AIM Series get the jump sorted - An, Chris, Mike, Charlie, Pete, Wayne, Gav, Chris N in the piste basher and er... me. The jump took around 13 hours to build and had to be done without any disruption to Snozone's other activities. See how we got on...
