![]() Dave JacobsDave Jacobs is raising funds for Aberdeen Snowsports Club this August. The challenge is to stand up paddle board The Great Glen waterway which connects Scotland's West and East coast over two days, unsupported. This has not been done before. He is raising funds to go towards building a new slope at Garthdee for the Aberdeen Snowsports Club kids to train on. The Club has been so popular that we are now running at full capacity on our current slopes and are at the stage of turning kids away from participating in the Clubs Coached Sessions. So this new slope is desperately needed and when installed will double their capacity. They have already raised over £5K towards the total project cost of £15K so are well on the way to achieving the goal. www.justgiving.com/monsterchallenge2012 ![]() |
