After 3 months of qualifiers and some amazing riding in the incredible Sessions Park the Nike Chosen AM has finally been announced.
In a packed cinema in downtown Silvretta Montafon, Austria the Crews and AMs that made it through to the finals gathered to see who would be crowned the ultimate winner.
With 3 days of Facebook voting and over 15 thousand votes cast to decide the top 3 AMs, the Nike Pros were given the task of making the final call.
With $10K, a trip to BC and a full Nike product pack on the line the AMs held it down as Danny Kass played their best action of the week to the assembled crowd and Pros who then voted for their favourite rider.
Felix Georgii (GER), Enzo Nilo (FRA) and Markus Mathis (SWI) were all in the running but it was Markus that gained the most Pro votes and was named The Chosen.
The UK's Andy Nudds came 4th in the public voting by just two votes, but added he was stoked that Markus won as this guy had no sponsors at all. Despite not winning, Andy has had some serious exposure on the international stage and impressed the hell out of everybody involved with the event.
