Whilst Healthland sort out their little problems, the Frequent Visitor Scheme has been put on hold. The FV Scheme was already to go and it will happen one day, but until then there's no discount available unles you are a full member of the Healthland Gym.
We also hear that you need to book for the morning sessions in advance. The Boarder (and many others) were under the impression that it was just an off peak period. No, this is a special session that has limited places. Very poor in our opinion. You can still pay the normal off-peak rate to board in the mornings if you want!
The first friday session was limited to 45 boarders. This is not good, although we're not sure whether this is always to be the case.
Although many of the reports you'll read here from The Boarder and it's readers are fairly scathing of Snozone, we'd like to put that in context. Sure the slope has experienced a few early teething problems with their admin and okay the prices are a little steep. Tamworth had the same problems when it first opened six years ago. Snozone is a fantastic place to board and will be the only real option for Southerners for several years to come. Rest assured that they'll sort out there admin problems in due course. We can only hope they do the same for the prices. Healthland - the slope is a sporting venue, not a "skiing experience" and should be priced as such.
