We've heard that Snozone are spending some time clearing two foot of snow from their slopes to replace it with some shiny new snow. This has meant that the slopes have been closed for long periods, although they are trying to keep disruption to a minimum. If you're travelling a long way, you could do worse than try to contact reception to make sure the slope you're after is open.
