Action Sports Club Ltd (ASC) of 11 Old Steine, Brighton, BN1 1EJ owns and operates this membership. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions "Club", "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to ASC. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before joining this club. Your purchase of a membership indicates your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

ASC reserves the right to cancel your membership if you infringe any condition of membership. ASC are under no obligation to offer refunds on memberships we cancel.
2. Membership Duration
Membership commences upon receipt of payment and lasts for one calendar year.
By default, membership renewals occur automatically, although this can be cancelled by you or us depending on the method of payment. We will email you 30 days before membership renewal, to remind you that renewal is due, to allow you to check your postal address and to provide details on cancelling any automatic renewal.
If your membership expires, we send send you another email to let you know. On expiration you will lose access to the membership-only discounts through our websites. Your membership card has a 10 day grace period, but once this has passed, the card and/or your membership details must no longer be used to obtain membership-only discounts.
3. Membership Discounts
"Member-Only Discounts" means any discount, offer or benefit provided by ASC through our Discount Partners for the sole use of our current members. The method by which a discount is obtained is displayed only to members.
You must not share member-only discount details with any other individual, group or organisation, except directly with a specific Discount Partners to obtain a specific discount.
ASC cannot be held responsible for the goods and services of our partners or the withdrawal or amendment of a discount previously promoted.

4. Membership Cards
Membership cards are processed weekly. We will send you an email when your card has been processed. Cards are posted First Class Royal Mail. ASC cannot be held responsible for delays in postage or non-delivery if you have provided an incorrect postal address.
Membership cards should be signed when they are received and are not valid until they are signed. Membership cards include identifying information and they (and the information they contain) should be used only by the ASC member to whom it was issued. Membership cards and membership discounts are not transferable.
Membership cards remain the property of ASC. We give any ASC Discount Partner the right to retain/destroy any Membership card that is presented to them, which is no longer valid.
5. Membership Validation
Discount Partners have the ability to validate your membership details online. The information provided to them includes details of your membership, plus parts of your name and postal address.
6. Cancelling Your Own Membership
If you wish to cancel your membership, return your membership card and any enclosed vouchers to us at the postal address shown on our contact us page.
There is a processing charge of £5 for any returned membership. Any additional membership refund will be calculated pro rata based on the days between when you joined and when we received your returned card, rounded down to the nearest £1.
If we have not yet processed your card, the £5 processing charge is waived and the refund calculated pro rata based on the days between when you joined and when you notified us (by email) that you wanted to cancel, rounded down to the nearest £1.
For the avoidance of doubt, you will only get a full refund if you let us know on the day that you joined or renewed that you wish to cancel your membership and we have not already processed your membership card.
