Hey hey hey,

I'm after some advice and hoping someone on here can help me out.

I'm doing a season at Banff at the end of 2011/start of 2012 and i'm trying to find places to stay.

Does anyone know any hostels or long-term residences peeps stay in for seasons?

Also, is anyone else going next year? It's my first time doing a season anywhere so don't know anyone and don't really know what to expect.

Cheers,

Matt.

Hey Man,

Sorry, do you mean your doing 2012/2013 year? I.e., leaving this coming winter for Banff? Only I noticed your post is dated 25 may 2012 and it confused me :S Ha.

If so then unfortunatly I can't help you but I am also planning on doing Banff 2012 so any advice anyone might have would be awesome! Plus will also be my first time seasoning it Very Happy

Hey buddy
Ive just done a season in banff and it was so feck good! i went with a company called gapyearcanada which sort accomodation, job, bank and sin number! it was pretty pricey around 5500canadian so nearly £3800.
you could save alot more money just heading out on your own so i would definetely check out the HI hostel or the samesun. the samesun is alot closer to town whereas the HI is abit further out. everyone stays at the hostels around october time ready for the season so your guaranteed to meet a shed load of people!
for permament stay you can check out banff kijiji and banff craiglist and search for accomodation or depending on who you meet in banff you coould always get a place with a bunch of new friends hah.
