Hi all
Just in case anyone was planning holidays around Jet2 flights....
I have a booking for Jan 2013 Glasgow to Geneva for 23 people - just advised they have cancelled the flight, and on the website they are no longer running to Geneva...!?!?
This is usually a very busy flight so just a heads up, there may be some turbulent times ahead.........
I will check out where I can though anyone else in the know heard of any pending administration....? |

Thats sh1t.
Out of curiosity how much cheaper is it to book way in advance? Compared to the normal £175 ish return with board bags. |

As Stevie says, I book through an agent - Ian @ Ski Kings
He handles all the booking for me, and also means we are well covered should we have any issues.
With a group of 23, he knows he will get repeat business if he treats us well, and is great with discounts. it is actually cheaper to use agents than going direct to Crystal/Inghams, he can discount more!
The more people we get, the cheaper it becomes, the more the merrier. Almost a SCUK Scottish Bash in the alps now (plus a few skiers...!)
Jet2 are used by Inghams as their carrier. Looks like we will be flying from Edinburgh instead. Fair play to Inghams, at least they have been up front rather that telling us last minute! |

Have been lucky every other year for the past 5 with this week, usually get a good week.
Being from Glasgow, anything more than a dusting is viewed as awesome conditions.
Fingers crossed it is, 3 valleys has lots of huge, you can always find something nice! |
