When I go to this page all the offers have got "You must be a member to see the discount code" underneath them. What do I need to do to prove my membership on the website?

Joining the forum doesn't make you a member. You have to pay to become a member, but it's worth it, you will get your money back in no time if your buying new gear.

Yep, you have to be a paid-up member to view the discount codes.

Considering you signed up using a disposable email address I'm guessing it's just the discounts you're after
£15 and they're all yours. If you ride at a dome then it's likely you'll get your money back very quickly!
