Hey, me again, i have an idea, what do you think of this freezer?

www.snowarena.lt/en/home

First of all there is normal chair lift, no pomas!
Its got nursery slope of 30m x 150m (hemel main slope is 160m)... AND main slope is 50m x 460m that's 3 times that!

Day pass is about 20 pounds, months pass is about 72! (prices without gear rent). Ryanair or similar return ticket to Kaunas from few pounds! (about 10 pounds transfer by bus to village)
To rent local flat you are looking from 70 pounds a week for 4+ persons!

Druskininkai village/city is more about relax, so there is so many places offering dirt baths, massages, pools ETC..

I'm not an agent of some kind, so don't know what deals we could get there on accommodation or a week lift pass.

The summer bash is in Tamworth, and will always be in Tamworth. There may be something in Les 2 Alpes this year too but that would be in addition to the usual bash.

I think that the chances of a bash in Lithuania, in a dome, are pretty much 0.

Agree, but as holiday destination looks promising, you can do few days in a dome, then enjoy nice summer weather back there..

And you would be surprised how many ppl speak english there lol..

The thing is, you can get to an Alpine glacier easily which is actually a real mountain and you can still enjoy the summer weather when you get off the hill in the afternoon.

I should add that a trip to L2A is very much a maybe/unofficial.

Charlie's right, if I'm going to fly somewhere then it'll be a real mountain as opposed to a dome!

Plus the fact that the Bash is all about being stuck in the middle of a field in Tamworth come rain or shine!! Smile
