True Twin Tip
0 Camber deck
Techs:-
Extruded Base
3D Snake Technology
Wood Core
Honey Comb
X Reactive Flex System
Power Plated
T.R.I.P technology
Price £290
Available @
YEAHboards.com
So If your like me who wants to have the flex jib about on and off the piste but still have a board with enough stiffness to gun it down to the park then this is the deck for you !!!
VALUE FOR MONEY and with some better Tech from the high marketed brands you can not go wrong with these boards from Contract !! I've been flipping , bonking , spinning this deck even on the roads and its still going strong , yes its got a few knocks n a core shot but if you ride hard this board is durable to keep up with you !!
BEGINNER Friendly ??? Hell yes it is !! I live n teach out here in switzerland and we've decided to use Contract and Union for next year replacing Burton and Nitro !! The Torque from the flex and having a 0 cambered base really helps our progressing riders.
If you can Ride this will do everything you want it to do! I teach beginner turns with this deck , Carving is the bomb, (if like to try and stay on a bucking horse tip is to know how to control it like how to control your woman), chuck it off 20ft drops, Spin those cabs of the flat and hitting your hand rail which leads to your front door.
Although
IF your not a Jib Rider and love your freeride check out the Other available decks From Contract.
For me and most of the guys i know were not typical big named consumers we like the unknown brands which produce good handmade decks.
TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT
Video Footage will follow soon after tonight's Backyard Jib Session

Hey buttersnow,
Nice review and I reckon you are pretty spot on. It's a great little board to just jib about on and have fun all over the mountain. Really forgiving so good for a beginner, but with enough torsional rigidity to see you good for a few carves as well. Also make for a good snowdome deck in the smaller sizes, and it's a tough well made board. Like you say also really nice to support a smaller brand producing quality kit and having something a bit different from the mainstream offerings.
Is it possible to get this posted up in the reviews section so scuk members can read it and refer back to it rather than it dropping off the forum? Just a though.
Cheers.
