Just for those who haven't been to Austria ! An Austrian twin room is slightly different to an English twin room. Or at least it was where I stayed. An Austrian twin bed is basically a queen size bed frame with 2 mattresses on it ! And 2 quilts! My advise if you normally just sleep in boxers is take a pair of shorts your gonna be sleeping a lot closer to your roomy than your expecting ! Cool

We do make this *very* clear in the accommodation section of the WB page! I'm not sure you can use the word "queen" either.

Hmm.. I don't sleep for very long anyway, I just need to get used to staying up late. No queens in my bed though please, even if my username suggests otherwise!

Been watching loads of snowbaording/ski vids of Mayrhofen this evening and it looks awesome.. Seen some of the steep drops on the side of the narrow pistes though; for some reason I wasn't expecting those!

The funny thing about the Harakiri is that you cannot just ride up to it to look down, it's a specific route to get to it so you have to go down! When I was there, this was where the helicopter was usually based. Saw so many people falling down here, it's crazy!

True story, I've had the pleasure of many Austrian twins (unfortunately not how it sounds).

My brother puked in my half once. I also broke one with a rep one. Laaad.

We had this in Tignes on the bash a few yrs ago. 3 matresses in a row and 3 duvets

Good job Mark me and Gem we're pissed/friendly. Our nightime antics actually ended up landing Gem a boyfriend.

I shared one with ROBster in Laax a few Brits back. It pulled down out of the wall and had a couple of soft-focus "probably too young, but semi-clothed" photos on the wall above the bed. Classy the Swiss.

Two words: Sod that! Very Happy

The beds sound, err, interesting. I suspect my room mate may insist that I don't sleep in my usual birthday suit for the week Smile
