Hey guys,

So we have a spare ticket for the winter bash, my boyfriend had a pretty bad accident on Cardiff slope last Thursday and has been in hospital having his broken and dislocated elbow pinned and plated back together, because of this, he now can't snowboard and has to get rid of his ticket for the winter bash in Feb. He's super depressed about it and I'm hoping if I can get his money back by finding a holiday replacement, so he doesn't lose his elbow and his money!

Anyways, if anyone knows anyone planning to come who hasn't got their ticket yet, or you want to come but are deliberating, I might even knock off 50 quid from the regular price (its all booked and sorted) to encourage someone to buy the ticket off him and stop him being so depressed Smile

Cheers Guys! xx

Sorry, OT but... Jenny do you know a guy called Chris Wright? I used to ride with him when we went to glamorgan uni, and I believe he still rides fairwater quite a bit...

GL getting shot of the ticket Smile

Jenny, i was planning to book in a couple of days (just waiting for some premium bonds to go into my account), so would be interested, what kind of accom/extras are paid for? and is it easy to swap the names over?

Wow that really sucks, really feel sorry for the guy! Hope he feels better soon.

Kusipaa I just read the T&C and you can change names (£5 amendment fee) but as to how easy anything with outgoing is is another matter. Apparently it needs to be confirmed in writing and no later than 21 days before travel. Probably best checking out the T&C yourself.

I've already rang outgoing and they seem pretty cool with me just switching the names over, so if you paid, I'd be happy to do the paperwork for people Smile

I'll message you Kusipaa Smile x

That just has to suck, Cardiff slope is pretty harsh and really has no give on it at all, that's where i learnt and i got funding for some of the kids i work with to learn there, they will kill me after they get all their bruises lol.

Hope they get better soon, shame would have been nice to meet someone else on the bash from my neck of the woods Smile
