I've never seen someone put so much of themselves into a feature before (!). Really hope that shin gets better...we're obviously elite. Photos of me seemed to happen when I messed up - would be nice to see though Razz

Yeh, looking forward to seeing pics taken on the day - because I'm new to freestyling my facial expressions always look a bit intense or maybe thats fear Suprised

Kudos for the corrie pipe antics! - my glute muscles were a bit sore today due to not clearing the knuckle on the kicker a few times.

Those shots all belong to Stu Kerr (biggstu on here). Both Dunx and SNO!zone have copies of the shots I took, so they should be making an appearance on here soon.

However, unless you rode through where the two flashes were set up and they went off... then there is a good chance you won't be in them Rolling Eyes

I'd rather it wasn't discussed on the forum. SNO!zone not best pleased and we'd rather it was put behind us.

Smile it's everyone else who didn't see it I feel for... an event like that comes by less often that Halleys comet. This artists impression was pretty much how it went down for all those who missed it.

How about organising a bash for this winter at one of the ski centres? Cairngorms? Or glenshee? Or even Nevis range ?

I can get day tickets for the Nevis range at £12 each if that helps?

Snowboardinghero a SCUK day on a mountain sounds like fun.

(Although some of the lifties could learn how to use shovels to keep the poma/tbar takeoffs flat.)

Only time I ever rode in Scotland the Poma take off was the highlight. Oh to live closer! Trouble with any snow event in Scotland is it can be called off too easily. Better just for people to organise themselves if the conditions are looking good. Hopefully there will be facilities in place on the site by next Winter to allow people to do this themselves.

As Dunx says, its not easy to plan more than a couple of days ahead when it comes to the weather up north.

I'm quite happily to arrange an impromptu get together during the season. However it would just be something as simple as making a decision on the Thurs/Fri, picking a resort for Sat or Sun and go for a shred. There are usually a few car loads leaving from Braehead each weekend when the weather is good, so there is no reason why folk couldn't tag along or meet up at the hill.
