Welcome to the website of Snowboard Club UK.

Launched in April 1997, the site grew to become the definitive UK resource for information on slopes, events, riders and more.

We love snowboarding. Our aim is to keep you informed and get you involved both on and off the hill.

Our online and offline communities are friendly and enthusiastic. Create a free account and start building your profile.

    Club Membership

Our Club launched in October 2004 to enable UK riders to get more from their snowboarding. Our members save £100s on equipment, holidays and slope time.

Club Bashes are a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and have a laugh on the slopes in the UK and abroad.

In 2015, Action Sports Club launched, providing more discounts across more sports for all members.

Just as the title says:

Thanks to all of you crazy SCUKers that went for making this years Winter Bash such an amazing, memorable and thoroughly enjoyable time.

Special thanks of course to Dunx et all at Wasteland for organizing the trip, and Jamie and Morgan of the Loop/Brasero bars for the fine food and drink (the pork belly was a particular favorite of the meal options).

Highlights: learning to Euro-carve properly on our 'off-piste/performance' day with Keith Wood of Lift Ticket Ltd; endless powder laps around the one lift that was open when the wind closed everything else (and few others went out); and riding virgin powder at the end of the week on a very quiet change-over day (it really does pay to stay the extra Saturday!)

Lows: catching a toe-edge and scorpioning head/chest first into the ground at speed (again on the off-piste/performance day) and the resulting 15 minute headache. Teach me to speed-check in future!

Looking forward to doing all of it and more with you all again next year! Smile

Yep it was great fun! Thanks Dunx for organising. It was lovely catching up with old SCUKers and meeting some new ones too.

Just an update, WB17 - day 2: ACL snapped, now almost 7 months on and I'm almost 7 weeks post Op having had the ACL reconstructed, I'm doing well but the downside is its going to be at least 6 months before i can get on a snowboard and more realistically 9 months before i can get out on a mountain.
So I'm well pissed off that I won't be able to join you guys at WB18!
Bummer.
