Spare parts FLOW BINDINGS

Hello forum
Can anyone tell me who to contact to get spare parts for my Flow bindings?
I recently bought Flow NX2 bindings and on my first trip to the Chill Factor the plastic that holds the bankbed to the base cracked, the bankbed now falls out during riding even with my 100kg pressing down on it, to make it worse its the rear foot so I push it out everytime I put my boot into the binding.
I have searched the internet for info and cant find any details, the Flow website is useless as most of the links are invalid.
Thanks

For info, i'd previously spoken to people at pryde-group (warranties
...Needless to say, i ended up giving up and buying some new bindings.

They're no more problematic than any other binding out there. If they work for you, go for it.

Alternatively, contact Flow via their website and they will get back to you.
As for the bindings themselves, they have changed a lot over the years and now offer a full range of technology to support any style, and ever offer 2 strap functionality for the purists..
I've been running flows for years, I have a set of NX-AT and NX2-AT bindings, i tend to do 2-3 weeks a year and I've done a mixture of piste and off piste and as many tree runs as i can. I've had no issues with either of them and they are so quick if you happen to be in a group with skiers.
I've only moved away from flows now as i'm mostly going on trips with boarders and we're all strapping in so waiting isn't an issue .. plus the adjust-ability of some of the high end
conventional bindings outweighs the speed of step in bindings.
If they work for you, then why not
I may have some for sale should you want a cheap trial pair
I have a full set of flow binding spare parts for sale just moved back to union bindings what are you after
