    Snowboard Club UK

Welcome to the website of Snowboard Club UK.

Launched in April 1997, the site grew to become the definitive UK resource for information on slopes, events, riders and more.

We love snowboarding. Our aim is to keep you informed and get you involved both on and off the hill.

Our online and offline communities are friendly and enthusiastic. Create a free account and start building your profile.

    Club Membership

Our Club launched in October 2004 to enable UK riders to get more from their snowboarding. Our members save £100s on equipment, holidays and slope time.

Club Bashes are a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and have a laugh on the slopes in the UK and abroad.

In 2015, Action Sports Club launched, providing more discounts across more sports for all members.

With the rumours gathering pace...

Anyway, we need your help for some content we want to place on the new site. The attached picture should give you an idea, although for us we'll be using one person at a time (probably).

Email me a picture of yourself with a sign saying what you've saved money on with SCUK. Whether that's a one off "I saved £30" if you saved money on a new snowboard or a regular "I save £3.50 a week" if you save money at your local slope. Make sure the writing is nice and bold. The pictures would be even better if they were in context, so hold/wear your new kit or take the picture at your local slope.

You can email them to dunxatsnowboardclub [dot] co [dot] uk and we'll use the best dozen or so on the new site.

I'll sort out some for you at Bellahouston this weekend. How tight do you want the shots?

The weather was too wet to do anything over the weekend. I'll try again on Tuesday night.

I expect they'll be displayed portrait about 200 pixels high, so as long as the writing is clear that's all we need.

Over the years SCUK has saved me loads of money on all sort, from new boots, bindings, jackets, snowdomes, insurance and even discount on my first season in Whistler.

Saying the above SCUK has also cost me thousands over the years because being able to afford my first season and loving it I wouldn't have spent so much money on the next 4 seasons in Whistler and thousands on visas trying to live next to the mountains in Vancouver Laughing

I'll get you a photo on Whistler peak this winter.

Just thought I'd bump this as so far we've received just one photo of Uddie from Stevie Mc. Surely somebody out there wants to sing the praises of SCUK savings and get their mug on SCUK2.

If anyone's coming to the Happy Slamming event at Hemel this Friday, maybe make a sign and bring it with you and get your pic taken on the slope?

Or maybe someone could bring some paper and marker pens and people do it there?

Sorry Dunx, totally forgot tonight. Hopefully riding Friday though, with my free hour after the slope was closed tonight...
