Here's what finally greeted us on the slope for the evening. Lefthand slope: Huge kicker, plus two rollers. Middle slope: tiny kicker, flat to down gas pipes, flat-down rail, huge spine, Woo Wah, Pink Box and C rail. Lesson slope: small box, gaspipe and red rail. See the gallery for shots.

The best thing about the park was that there was something for everybody, from the youngest kid on the small 2 inch high box situated on the lesson slope, to seasoned pros like Orlando Einsiedel hucking corked fives off the big kicker on the jump slope. Even MK regulars were impressed with the park layout.

One thing that would have been nice is a medium sized kicker next to the huge one. Not many people were hitting the huge kicker throughout the night and there was plenty of room for one next to that. Instead people were just jumping off the lip and landing heavily on the flat. The landing was also destroyed as the evening went on and received no maintenance. Although this ultimately made the kicker shorter, it did mean a bumpy landing.

Having the onslope DJ made the evening really quite a good one. The ATV Crew were dishing out the prizes. ACG were in the house showing their latest flick - 140 degrees and also dishing out plenty of freebies.

Well played to everybody involved. Having a range of toys is what we need every Friday night at MK; from ride on long, wide rails to gapped flat-down rails to keep all levels happy and progressing. We also realise kickers are a pain to build, but a decent steep landing and two wooden kickers would be excellent.
