 Document Old Skool Party
Old Skool - A night of pure fun to celebrate the 1st year of Document.
Loads of things will be happening on the night with the good people at Snozone building a small fun boardercross style course around the centre pillars, leaving the normal mad rails and jumps in the centre of the slope and room for cruisers on the left. There will be demos on the right hand lesson slope. In addition, Snozone hope to have a kinked rail installed for the evening. Unfortunately, the big kicker is no more, at least until the busy winter period is over - it took up too much room apparently. Come see the Breakdance Crew strutting their stuff to the hiphop sound of local DJs. Russ Shea will be the MC for the evening. The organisers are currently amassing loads of prizes for the night from K2, Nautica, Ride and others. Don't expect this to be a competition or anything. This is just for fin and will be one big jam session. Best slam gets a hoody. There may also be a raffle to take home the result of the live graphitti/tagging stuff. You can try out the latest kit from event sponsors Allian inc, K2, Ride, Option, Morrow, Westbeach, SS20, Soul Sports and UK Snowboard. This will be a night to remember. Document has negotiated a £10 discount (normal price £35) for anyone dressed in OLD SKOOL clothing clutching a special copy of Document. Simply take it to reception and demand your discount (or ask nicely) then strap on your one piece suit and go play. If you haven't managed to get issue #8, then get #9 as it includes a voucher which will do the job instead. If you're not driving then Snozone are also trying to get hold of a late bar. Yummy.
