SnowSports Scotland West Coast
The Scottish Dryslope Snowboard Series West Coast event.
As the BSA this year are not running the National Points Series, they are instead, in conjunction with Snowsport Scotland, organising a bigger event in Scotland. The Scottish Dryslope Snowboard Series will be hosted by Midlothian Ski Centre, Hillend on Saturday 22nd September and Glasgow Ski & Snowboard Centre on Sunday 14th October. Each of these events are also single competitions in their own right, the East Coast Champs at Hillend, and the West Coast Champs at Glasgow. At each event there will be a Slalom and Big Air with combined prizes being awarded to the overall champion in each discipline. Both events are being sponsored by Silence Snowboards and Boardwise, with great prizes, including snowboards, up for grabs. Registration on both days starts at 1200, and registration costs cover uplift. The cost to enter both competitions is £25, a bargain considering there are 6 titles in each age category to win. For further information and an entry form contact: Beth - info@thebsa.org at the BSA, Hillend, Biggar Road, Midlothian EH10 7EF, 0131 2428/4151 or Gillian - gillian@snsc.freeserve.co.uk at Snowsport Scotland, c/o Bearsden Ski Centre, Stockiemuir Rd, Glasgow G61 3RS, 0141 942 3307. The SnowSports Scotland West Coast event page can be administered by dunx (Dunx), stu (Stu Brass), spencer (Spencer Claridge) and office (Office). Page views: 1300 |
