Skid Marks
The comp is for kids, by kids (although any age can enter).
Twelve year old Rowan Cameron is a junior member of Aberdeen Snowsports Club. This year, Cameron and his friends, Angus Jacobs and Fin Bremner, have been raising money to buy season passes for the winter. So far they have sold tea and coffee, run a BBQ and packed shopping at ASDA. Skid Marks will be run at Aberdeen Snowsports Centre on Saturday 17th of September 2011 with the aim of increasing their fund further. The comp is for kids, by kids although any age can enter. They'll be making good use of the new rails that were at Glenshee during the winter as they spend the Summer at Aberdeen. They have some big sponsors lined up. Registration is from 4pm and the comp starts at 5pm. More registration details coming soon.
