Snowboard Club UK is celebrating its 4th Birthday at the Metro Ski & Snowboard show (22nd-26th October) and to help celebrate this grand occasion we’ve teamed up with DC Snowboards and DJ crew "Funk Royale". UK Premiere of Mack Dawg's "DOUBLE DECADE" and 4 DC pro riders inc Devun Walsh on the guest list, it's going to be a belter!

Snowboard Club UK is celebrating its 4th Birthday during the Metro Ski & Snowboard show, in what can only be considered reckless fashion from what is, after all, a toddler. Together with DC Snowboards, who are launching their first range of eagerly awaited boards in the UK, they are throwing, what's known in the trade as, a 'MASH-UP' of biblical proportions at the Fire Station, Hammersmith Tube.

The evening will kick off with a chance to watch the UK premiere of Mack Dawg’s highly anticipated anniversary movie, "Double Decade". Since ‘secret’ was the name of the game for this project, you’ll have to come along and find out for yourself, but what we can disclose is that legendary snowboard moments await you with a concentration of up to date freestyle manoeuvres from some of the best riders out there including, DC’s very own Devun, Lauri, Aaron and Iikka. Destined to become one of the best snowboard films ever produced, the premiere of Double Decade is not to be missed.

As the movie credits role, the evening transcends seamlessly into a hotbed of cranking beats.
Making you bop like lionel - all night long, and DC musical envoys, "Funk Royale" have been flown in from their collective corners of the globe to throw-down a block-rocking jam that sees DJ’s Christian Stevenson, Ben Bailey, Matt Smooth and MC Tukka step up with a mix of raw soul, deep funk, breaks and hip hop to induce a highly infectious strain of bug-out fever into the deadest of feet, along with SCUK resident DJ TonyB.

DC will also be laying down the red carpet to welcome 4 of their top pro freestylers to the UK... Devun Walsh, Iikka Backstrom, Aaron Biittner and Lauri Heiskari will be gracing us all. They'll be signing posters, t-shirts and no doubt a host of inappropriate items at the Snow & Rock stand (No. 435) at the Metro Show and then moving onto the more serious business of getting loaded with the mob at the Fire Station.... we recommend you book now to avoid disappointment!

It's all happening on Friday!:
Come to the Metro Show on Friday afternoon… Visit the SCUK stand (M101), check out DC Snowboards on the Snow & Rock stand, grab as many freebies as you can, watch The British Snow Tour, which will be hosting the British Invitational Championships on the Big Air jump at the Metro Ski & Snowboard Show and then get stuck into some serious action at the Fire Station.
