 PinkSessions
PinkSessions is a girl’s freestyle jam night aimed at all levels of ability. Jumps, rails and boxes are out, suited for beginners to advanced riders. 7pm to 11pm. In support of breast cancer charities.
It’s a great opportunity for girls to get together and practice their snowboarding without the added pressures of competition or male domination! Prizes are given away on the slope throughout the night, there’s even the chance to win a brand new snowboard! All girl riders will receive a goody bag full of prizes from Burton, Salomon, K2, Ripcurl, 32 and Vans… all you have to do is turn up and represent!  As well as the action on the slope there’s a party all night in the SNO!bar, where a raffle will be held to raise money for breast cancer, prizes include a snowboard, bindings, boots, jackets, pants, hoodies, t-shirts, helmets, trainers and loads more from all the supporting sponsors. Live bands and DJ’s will be playing throughout the night, ranging from acoustic to punk, hip-hop, reggae, and breakbeat. Last years event was a huge success, the slope was a sell out, the bar was buzzing and we raised over £500 to give to Cancer Research so we’re stepping things up and hoping to go bigger and better this summer…a great night out and all for a great cause! And of course we’d love the guys to get involved as well! After last years antics of men dressed as girls on the slope we’re raising the stakes. The perfect excuse to wear a skirt, put on some lippy and show your support by being a chick for the night, there’s a prize going for the biggest tart on the slope!
