 Overboard Rail Jam 2005
 The End of Season bash.
Well we’ve had the natural born riders tour up at Cas with Vermin stamping all over it, then the Brits with some amazing riding been laid down. Now we’re 4 weeks away from Overboard ’05 – just for the boarders, The End of Season bash. If you pre-book on 08705 000011 you'll get the evening at members rates: £19.60 instead of the usual £28. We’ve got some great backing on this sesh, with the boys from Planet-Knox who supply some amazing, high quality protection gear (which you will soon be able to purchase from the online shop – big plug!) but also we have the splendid chaps from Express Insurance who’ll give you special attention on insuring you motor (bike, car or van) if you mention SnoPirates. Tamworth’s Snowdome are supporting us too by letting us run riot through the centre, so after killing the circuit we shall retire to the upstairs bar to replenish the lost fluid, may be even with a shandy or two. With this great backing we can confirm that for those that turn up early there will be a few free t-shirts given away on a first come first served basis. The posters and flyers will be coming back from the printers soon – so any of you who can help distribute the word please get in touch wilkesey@busybloke.com . (I can supply electronic versions too). Also, we have a number of sponsors who are providing a number of ‘win-aways’ for on the spot prizes – the next circular will give the confirmed list. Last bits outstanding: - We need a willing volunteer to help out with the MC’ing of the event. Requirements: a bit of a laugh, know their stuff on Snowboarding (grabs etc) and can handle the mic. Please contact me if you’re man or woman enough for it. - A confirmed layout of the equipment (including something special to ride … old Beetle, picnic tables… come to me with some ideas) - Confirm T Shirt Design. I’ve attached a copy of the flyer, best person to come back to me with a T Shirt design for the event (including the sponsors Knox and Express) guarantees a shirt for them and a special prize! Do drop by the site and give us some feedback, photos, reviews etc. We shall soon be having ‘Top Trumps’ section which I think you’ll particularly like.
