Morrow Jam
The UK's longest running snowboard competition will celebrate its 10th Anniversary in style with a 15 foot high quarter pipe.
It is the Morrow Jam's tenth anniversary so they hope to have a large event. Preliminary timings are as follows (may change a little on the day):- 4.00 – 6.00 Setup obstacles/ banners and PA (main slope closed) 5.00 – 7.00 Registration (if we get obstacles up early competitors may practice) 7.00 – 9.00 Main Jam 9.00 – 9.30 Super final 9.30 – 10.30 Clear slope of obstacles 10.30- end Prize giving (floodlights off) Later – go home totally knackered but happy. Plans are well under way to stage this one at Welwyn. It will be our 10th year so we hope to make it mental. This will be held as usual the Saturday after Board-X 15/11/03 in the evening. Any previous winners who can come and show off their old trophies will be very welcome (1 free beer per trophy).
