 Hungerpain Premier
Hit the ATV park at MK, watch the most anticipated UK film of the year and then parteeeee with TonyB.
These words from Damian Doyle, Director, on the premier. Oh man, the weekend was amazing. Spoke to Weav last night and it was funny 'cos we are both still on the come down from it all, feeling down and pissed off back in the real world again! I think I'm jinxed though. Travelling to premieres is not good for me (Ed - Damo crashed his car on the way to the Bad Ass Big Airs premier). Laura (Hill) picked me up with loads of time to drive down and chill getting ready but oh no, someone had to crash into the back of us 10 minutes after we set off! We had to laugh but it was such a feck up, luckily found a garage where the guys helped us out taking a sledgehammer to the wing so it freed up the tyre for us to drive. The cinema showing couldn't have gone better. It got well lairy and loud with everyone cheering and shouting through the whole thing. I was sat in the middle of it all a little bemused and emotional, even found myself shouting as though I hadn't seen it before! haha! It was well received by all the riders so that's the main thing. Well proud of Rick too, everyone went off for his section, I was so stoked for him. Even the bits in the film I thought would be quiet weren't, I know it was a great feeling for all involved. The party was such a p1ss up. The bar looked wicked, had to walk over a red carpet and be let through a barrier to get in. Was cool to see everyone and definately felt the after effects Saturday, so many of us were still well p1ssed. haha!
