 Snowboard UK Huckfest
The 6th Huckfest is "Living Legends and Dead Rock Stars" fancy dress night with the usual SUK messy business.
This year's Snowboard UK Huckfest at the Snowdome was a good night out. A few people made an effort to dress up and some made a real good effort, so respect doo. The Snowdome saw some serious riding with some nice popped air off the big kicker, some good reach out of the quarter pipe and some smooth 50/50s along the new rail. As usual the Beetle was also abused. The new 8m gas pipe needs some work, but shows potential. The half-time break for bashing the piste gave everybody an opportunity for a beer top up in the bar whilst the slope was coerced back into shape. Local boy Tim Warwood took to the mic and was throw down miester for much of the night, giving away the normal gear, plus a snow skate and board.
