 TheBoarder Forum Summer Bash
It's the UK's summer snowboarding festival. Smaller than Board-X. Shorter than Daily Mail. But snowboarding isn't a spectator sport, so this one's all about riding. Snowboards, wakeboards and giant tyres. Plus an all day BBQ, DJs and all night camping.
We gave out a heap of prizes to people who just seemed to deserve them at the time: Document tees and FUEL videos (courtesy of Document Snowboard magazine). Dense hoodies and tees (courtesy of Dense). Some free Snowdome vouchers (courtesy of SnowDome). Jackets and troos (courtesy of Rip Curl). One whole TheBoarder Tee (courtesy us). The Mr B Memorial Prize of gold leafed Anadin went to cab9 for a wakeboarding related gash across the head and six stitches. Mike. D won a free SnowDome session for KOing himself, losing the plot and then spending two nights in A&E.
