Guests should arrive in Banff no later than 18:00 on Saturday. DAY 1(Sunday) The Ripper's first day is spent at the incredible resort of Sunshine Village. This resort boasts an astonishing lift system and world famous terrain. A day at Sunshine is a day in paradise, be sure to bring along your camera! Overnight in Banff. DAY 2 (Monday) Ski the day away visiting the 'Giant of the Rockies': Lake Louise Ski Area. Being one of North America's biggest resorts, Lake Louise offers an option to nearly any type of skier, run after incredible run. Après ski, the trip takes a run up to the historic Chateau Lake Louise for a bit of sightseeing before heading back to Banff for the night. DAY 3 (Tuesday) To leave Banff without the opportunity for another ski day at either Sunshine or Lake Louise would be a sin; these resorts are just too much fun! It is up to the group as to where the Ripper goes, but one thing is to be sure, a ton of fun will be had. After the day's turns are done, the Ripper heads over and through the tight canyons of Kicking Horse pass to the town of Golden for the night. DAY 4 (Wednesday) It is time to add some vertical to the Ripper! Kicking Horse Mountain Resort is home to some of the lightest snow around, referred to locally as 'Champagne Powder' and features massive terrain on seemingly endless runs. Tonight is definitely a night to soak in a hot tub and relax! Overnight in Golden. DAY 5 (Thursday) After spending the first four days of the Ripper on the slopes, it is time to take a day to relax with a leisurely drive from Golden to Fernie though the beautiful Columbia Valley. A stop is made at Radium Hot Springs to soak in some of the pool's magical waters! DAY 6 (Friday) A quick drive up from town brings the Ripper to the world famous Fernie Alpine Resort. Renowned for its steep pitches and tons upon tons of powder, Fernie is a definite smile maker!!! When the skiing is done it is down into the town of Fernie to explore and take in a hockey game with the Fernie Ghostriders (included if the team is in town)! DAY 7 (Saturday) Another great day to explore all that Fernie Alpine Resort has to offer. See if you can find all of the powder stashes that keep the locals coming back for more, year after snow filled year! After all of the skiing is done, it is time to wrap the trip up with a great night out on the town. DAY 8 (Sunday) A day to reminisce on the great turns and hearty laughs that were had. The Ripper heads out of Fernie back to Banff. Calgary Airport drop-off, Calgary accommodation drop-off, and additional night options are available. Sunshine Village boasts some of the lightest snow in the world and incredible alpine views of the Continental Divide. Terrain: 4 200 acres Vertical: 3 250' / 991m Marked Runs: 139 Kicking Horse One of the newest resorts in North America and taking the world by storm! Kicking Horse's massive terrain and seemingly never-ending vertical is continually blanketed by some of the lightest snow around. Terrain: 2 750 acres Vertical: 4 133' / 1 260m Avg.
