 Calshot Jib
All the rails will be coming out or this event on the indoor Snowflex at Calshot.
All are welcome as there will be junior, male and female catagories. The comp will run from 1130 to 1600 with registration a little before 1130. At the moment there will be a 16 foot long rainbow rail, 1 x 13 foot metal rail (1½ foot high), 1 x 13 foot metal rail (3 foot high) and an 18 foot double barrel gas pipe that stands 2½ foot high. They are also hoping to have a 2½ high by 6 foot long metal topped grind box (they just have to make it) and a kink rail (6 foot flat with a 6 foot kink then 3 foot flat to finish it off). There will also be an after party at a place called the polar bar which is situated at the top of Southampton High Street, which will be darn good! They should be getting sponsors and will let us know in due course, plus details on the entry fee. Calshot is a covered SnowFlex slope with a licensed bar, sick climbing wall and is right on the beach. For more infomation contact Matt Walder or Toby Andrew.
