Freestyle junkies with party streak wanted!

Orange Brits 11 – 18 March 2006, Laax, Switzerland – BOOK NOW!

Europe’s biggest national championship, the Orange British Snowboard and Freestyle Ski Championships returns to Laax, Switzerland from the 11 to the 18 March 2006. Known as the Orange Brits, it is the one event that takes the pulse of the British scene and showcases the talent and diversity of Olympic, professional and amateur standard athletes.

Last year boundaries were pushed as the Orange Brits took on Laax exceptional freestyle arena, home of the famous Super-pipe and European Open Slopestyle course. New kids on the block, young and seasoned pros ripped with world class performances that impressed the judges and entertained the spectators – for many the best performances the Brits has ever witnessed! With more progressive talent than ever before and some impressive showdowns during the AIM Series events in 2005 the Orange Brits 2006 will no doubt raise the bar yet again!

In recognition of the talent expected at this year’s event, title sponsor Orange has introduced a new award for 2006. The Orange Brightest Talent Award will go to the snowboarder or skier judged to have the brightest future in the sport.

Embracing the unique vibe of the event the Orange Brits DJ collective and invited music acts will keep the party rockin’ from the mountain top, through the après-ski, and well into the night. The Homegrown crew always get the party cranking with their eclectic mix of Hip Hop, Rn’B, Drum n’ Bass and classic rock. As Britain’s most defiantly talented athletes join forces with some of the world’s most dedicated party-goers you are sure to experience the time of your life! Watch this space for the full line up to roll into the Rider’s Palace and the famous ‘Crap’ bar!
