The series will be the kick start for promising regional riders to get higher airs nationally and internationally, inspiring them to AIM for Olympian heights. The third leg of the AIM Series includes the Halfpipe and Slopestyle Championship at the Sheffield Ski Village.
We didn't actually make it but reports from people in various states of drunkeness say:
The village looked like the village of the damned with the amount of breakages, cuts, scabs, twisted ankles, broken wrists - Andy "Squid"
Not much really good riding was seen as the slope is in major need of repair, I was quite disappointed with my performance - Dawn Gamble
Yeah it was a really cool day, the sun was out and the riders were cool, and there was some great tricks being pulled - also that little Jamie kid - hes kicks ass now, so in another few years he's gonna be ripping it up big style - repect to the little dude - also Laura aswell was kicking ass - another one to keep watching - yet again, big repect. All was a good day - Jerry Bardon
Ow! - Bez from DenseStuff/Allan Basil/Tony Stuart - see here for the xrays!
